Join us for an engaging session on how affordable housing providers can successfully and sustainably integrate pets into their communities. We’ll review the legal framework for pet and assistance-animal policies—including guidance and requirements specific to Colorado—while exploring the evidence behind the human–animal bond and its impact on resident well-being. 

With a focus on practical and trauma-informed solutions, we’ll discuss how to craft clear, compliant, and equitable pet-inclusive policies; navigate common challenges; and create environments where housing providers, residents, and their animals can all thrive.
