In this workshop, Division of Housing (DOH) and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) provide guidance regarding DOH funds and CHFA Housing Tax Credit layered compliance. 

Participants also work through several household income scenarios, rent determination scenarios, and applicable federal and state requirements. As time allows, the workshop will review some of the frequently asked questions and best practices on how to comply with DOH and CHFA compliance requirements.
