“Enneagram and Leadership” is a practical, insight-driven webinar designed to help leaders and teams understand what truly drives their behavior at work — and how those patterns influence communication, collaboration, stress, and performance. 

Using the Awareness to Action (ATA) approach, we focus on the nine core patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving as a lens to understand workplace personality.

Rather than pathologizing differences, we will explore how distinct personality styles add value — and how friction often arises not from conflict, but from competing strengths. 

The Enneagram gives teams the language and tools to navigate these differences with clarity rather than frustration.

Participants will learn how to:

• recognize the strategic drivers shaping their leadership;
• identify the predictable communication patterns of each type;
• anticipate friction points and convert them into opportunities; and
• leverage strengths — their own and their colleagues’ — to improve performance.

This session is designed for leaders, group practices, and mission-driven teams ready to strengthen communication, reduce friction, and create a culture where people genuinely understand one another.

When leaders understand why people operate the way they do, communication becomes easier, conflicts become navigable, and teams become far more effective.
