For the Draft Amended 2026 Middle-income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan


Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) will hold a public hearing in Colorado regarding the Draft Amended 2026 Middle-income Housing Tax Credit (MIHTC) Allocation Plan (the Plan). The purpose of this hearing is to receive input on the Plan’s proposed changes. Please visit chfainfo.com/state-credit to view a draft of the Plan and Summary of Changes.

The hearing will be held virtually on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 1:00pm via Zoom. To attend, please register here via Zoom.
