celebrating 20 years of chfareach

Chfareach is celebrating 20 years of supporting multifamily property staff members through a statewide, cost-effective educational tool that provides up-to-date information and education about the affordable housing industry. On this page, we invite you to explore chfareach’s impact. This work is possible thanks to the numerous partners and collaborators who help make Colorado affordable housing possible.
Chfareach offers more than 120 live classes a year and more than 200 on-demand classes. Organizations use the trainings for all levels of staff. Hear from the chfareach team and chfareach members about the benefits they’ve seen from the classes.
